This excellent book/CD pack makes it possible to play along with Norah Jones for the first time! You can play the piano parts or sing along to eight favorites from this multiple Grammy winner. The CD features complete sound-alike instrumental backing tracks, as well as tracks minus the piano part so you can take the lead on keys and play with the band. The book features solo piano arrangements with vocal line, full lyrics and chord symbols. Songs: Cold, Cold Heart 路 Come Away with Me 路 Don't Know Why 路 I've Got to See You Again 路 The Nearness of You 路 One Flight Down 路 Shoot the Moon 路 Turn Me On. Since the first time I heard Norah Jones' enchanting voice and style, I've wanted to be able to play that way. This book opens that door for me. Very useful, though a challenge. Just knowing I am developing my playing skills in a direction in which I have high interest gives me a lot of additional motivation. I am delighted that such a product is available. And the cd inside is the icing on the cake to help accompany and measure my progress. Everything I wanted and more - a great value. |
